You decided to read further - Great!  So, I have a couple of questions.  Is it hard for you to get motivated to exercise?  Do you wonder what exercises to do?  Is it a pain to drive to group classes where everyone is younger and looks great in tights and muscle shirts?  Would you like to workout at home?  Do you need inspiration and motivation and would like to learn something new?  It's all right here!  I'm Sherwin Frey, and I'm a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and I am you.  I'm your age.  I have arthritis.  I have had replacement surgeries.  I have experienced age gravity.  It all led me to create a course that checks all the boxes.  You can workout at home.  It's low-impact.  It's Martial Arts related - (new for most of you).  It's personal.  It can be done at your own pace.  Most importantly, it covers all the areas every medical website or publication says is important for "people of a certain age":  Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Balance, Coordination and Mindset.  I would love to work with you and get you on the road to where you want to be.  Oh, one more question - When is Now a good time to start?

I love the Get Back Moving program! I have completed the first two modules and am eager to learn more as I enjoy the rest of the program.
